When working with someone to accomplish something, you always want to be the one that knows how to do the thing you’re trying to accomplish. That way you know which things are hard or dirty and can delegate them to the other person, while keeping the easy and quick (yet obviously intricately cerebral) tasks all to yourself. Everyone wins.
